Q. How do I obtain a catalog?

Product Information
Q. What quantity is necessary to do a custom design?
Depending on the item the quantity may vary. Apparel can be custom embroidered in a minimum quantity of 12 pieces. Please contact sales@adco-online.com for more information.
Q. Do you offer volume discounts?

Q. Are other products available that are not on the site?
Absolutely, check out the "Need an Idea" section that is listed on the Store Front page for more ideas.
Q. What if an item is out of stock or discontinued?
ADCO will make every effort to fill your order upon receipt, however there are times when items are discontinued throughout the year and/or merchandise is out of stock. We will contact you directly to see if you have an event date and would like to substitute, change product or would like a refund. We will not ship substitutes without approval.
Shipping Information
Q. What is normal delivery for standard order?
Orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt and delivered UPS ground in 5 business days or less unless ADCO contacts you.
Q. Is there a priority service for shipping?
Yes. Please send an email in addition to placing your online order. Also, contact us by phone at 1-888-310-2002 to notify us of your request. Express shipping charges will apply.
Q. What are the freight charges for orders over $85.00?
Once your order is placed, ADCO will send an email with the appropriate freight charges.
Sales Tax
Q. Do I pay sales tax?
Orders shipping to a Virginia zip code will automatically add .045% sales tax.
Return Policy
Q. What is the return policy?
Please contact ADCO within 45 days of purchase to return merchandise. Defective merchandise may be returned within a year of purchase.
Artwork
Q. What type of artwork is needed?
The best artwork would be a vector file saved as an EPS document. Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Freehand are often used for this. If you cannot acquire a vector image a raster image (such as a BMP or TIF file) will work with a dpi of 300 or higher. Please contact us if you still have questions.

Yes. Deduct the amount of Starbucks from the total amount of your order after you have added all charges.
